What is a UAE Golden Visa?

A long-term resident visa called the “Golden Visa” allows talented foreigners to live, work, and study in the UAE for up to ten years. This renewable golden residency program is only open to a select group of individuals, including investors and those with remarkable abilities.

The Golden Visa initiative aims to entice capital and talent to the UAE from outside. It grants holders the flexibility to live and work anywhere in the world, access to top-notch healthcare and education, and the ability to sponsor family members for immigration visas, among other advantages. The Golden Visa can be renewed after the first 10 years.

Graduates of recognized universities outside the United Arab Emirates can now apply for a renewable Golden Visa for a period of ten years, which enables them to live in the UAE without the need for a sponsor or host with the intention of working, investing, establishing a business, or settling there, according to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security.
